Under those 3 programs, we deal directly with the Federal Canadian Immigration Authority who will be the sole entity to assess your application;
The Federal authority is the "big boss" of Canadian immigration, the one and only entity who is issuing all Canadian immigration Visas.
There is no step/process/approval to obtain whatsoever from any Provincial Authority;
No Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) (known as a Tourist visa) for Canada is necessary in the immigration process. This is a major point!
In all other immigration programs, a (TRV) is needed. With no TRV, we cannot complete your immigration process. At this time, there is a travel restriction to come to Canada and no TRV are issued by the Canadian Immigration Authorities. Furthermore, Covid crisis or not, the TRV (Visitor visa) has always been very difficult to get. Last year only, 600 000 TRV were rejected on 2M applications, which is an astonishing rate of refusal of 25%.
The Federal Start-Up Visa Program is a direct Permanent Residency application, which makes this program the fastest option to come to Canada.
